Enquiry
Request an appointment
One form, one minute. An agent then calls you and you arrange an appointment — or you don’t.
How an appointment works
- 1
You send the request
Property type, address and how to reach you. Nothing more — the rest is settled on the phone.
- 2
An agent calls
Short and concrete: what this is about, whether a visit makes sense and when it suits you. If a valuation would not help you, he says so.
- 3
The visit itself
He looks at the layout, condition, light and noise, and asks about running costs, renovations and the tenancy agreement if there is one. Photos only if you agree.
- 4
You get a figure
An estimate with reasoning: why this price, what raises it, what pulls it down. Whether you sell on that basis is your decision, later and without us.
What you can have ready
None of it is required. If it is at hand the estimate gets sharper — if not, the visit goes ahead anyway.
- Floor plan
- Year built and year of the last renovation
- Most recent running-costs statement
- Energy certificate, if you have one
- Tenancy agreement, if the flat is let
